This barn in Wellington contains 18 large 14' wide stalls that were custom designed with all the features in mind.

This beautiful 18 stall barn has great ventilation with french windows all around. Each window has a low yoke inserted into each window to reduce weaving in the stall. We offer window packages in either a steel construction or aluminum depending on your geographical location. When choosing a steel window we always use a stainless-steel hinge for a lifetime of mantenance free use. 

This next project is located north west of Boise, ID. This family decided to visit our showroom and manufacturing facility in Cynthiana, KY to better understand our quality and design options. This truly helped shape their vision and operation of each stall. The barn contains two 14' stalls and six 12' stalls. Each stall is outfitted with a Stable Comfort Mattress system and Cool Barn Fans. The beautiful brass finials truly set the stalls apart from your typical barn. 

The stall design utilizes a great combination of wood and crosshatch for airflow in the Summer months (The air temperature exceeded 100 degrees while our team visited the farm). The Winter months can be cool so we designed solid steel dutch doors to seal off the openings to retain heat in the barn. 

When designing your barn, you should always consider simple operations like light switches and fan switches. Each stall has its own light and fan switch. The barn also has a master switch to power on/off all lights, even remotely with an app. 

Give credit when credit is due!!! This was such a simple modification to the center rail. The owner painted each wood center rail on the door with a coat of chalk paint to allow the kids to modify the "name plate" at any given time. How cool is that????
